ReplyDeleteThank you so much! We let our sales rep know it was a huge deal to us to change the basement floorplan. I believe she spoke with the project manager to get it approved. Luckily, it was a simple wall to change, but still cost us around $1,000 to change. Are you looking to build?

Your blog has been extremely helpful to me during this interesting journey. The reason I asked you about the custom plan is because I'm interested in making a cudtom change request in my unit.
